Q: What is e-liquid?

A: E-Liquid is a mix of propylene glycol, vegetable glycerin, natural/artificial flavoring and nicotine/optional. It is used in personal vaporizers otherwise known as “e-cigs” and is the solution which turns into vapor when heated.

Q: Propylene Glycol... Vegetable Glycerin... What are those?

A: Propylene Glycol is a colorless liquid that is odorless, but produces a slightly sweet taste. This has been utilized in inhalers since the 1950's.

Q: How does a “Personal Vaporizer” work?

A: A personal vaporizer consists of three parts: a battery, a clearomizer (also known as a tank), and an atomizer (also known as coils). After the tank is filled with liquid, the liquid is drawn up into the wick of the atomizer. The atomizer then uses a coil that heats that wick, which then heats up the liquid to the point that it becomes a vapor.

Q: How do I turn on my battery?
A: A quick 5 clicks in 2 seconds should turn on your battery just fine. If not, please call our customer service line, and we will be glad to assist you.

Q: How do I refill my tank?

A: Disconnect your tank from the battery. Holding the tank upside-down, unscrew the larger metal piece (the one that's not touching the glass), and making sure to avoid the center tube, just fill the liquid around the glass sides.

Q: How often will I have to recharge my battery?

A: This depends on several factors, including the battery you get, if the battery is variable voltage, how much you use it, and what type of coil you have in it. Please refer to the individual product page to get an estimate of how long your battery will last.

Q: How often will I have to change my atomizer?

A: Typically, an atomizer will last two to three weeks.

Q: How will I know when my atomizer has burnt out?

A: There's a few different ways to tell if the atomizer has burn out

      1. If there is nicotine in your e-liquid, you will notice a burn almost peppery taste. This taste is due to the nicotine not being fully vaporized.

      2. The e-liquid might leak through the bottom of the tank. This is due to a coil completely burning out.

      3. The personal vaporizer might not work at all. Sometime when the atomizer burns out, it refuses to do anything. This is easily solved by replacing the coil.

Q: Can I use any liquid in my tank?

A: Yes, you can use any liquid made for electronic cigarettes, or personal vaporizers. Liquids that are higher in vegetable glycerine are very thick, and therefor are difficult to absorb in the wick of the coil, so those liquids might have some problems in tanks.

Q: What's the warranty on your hardware?

A: Please refer to our warranty page, found at

Q: Can I return a liquid I don't like?

A: Due to the nature of the product, we can not accept returns on any liquids.

Q: What is “steeping” the liquid?

A: Steeping the liquid means letting it sit in a dark area away from sunlight to let the flavors blend together. Since our juice is made fresh, our flavors benefit from letting them sit for 2-3 days before use, just to let the flavor fully meld together.

Q: What is the lifespan of E-Liquid?

A: E-Liquid has a lifespan of 2 years.

Q: I hear a crackling noise when I use my vaporizer. Is that normal?

A: That is the sound of the coil heating up your liquid. That noise means your vaporizer is working just fine!

Q: How much is shipping?

A: We offer free shipping to all customers in the US! If you live outside of the US, please contact us for shipping prices.

Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: We do our best to ensure that your order is made that day, and shipped out the next, with the exceptions of Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. After that, it should take 3-4 business days to arrive at your location.

Q: What should I do with my old batteries that I don't use anymore?

A: Please recycle your old batteries. You can find many places that will recycle your batteries free of charge.
